Meal Hours:

All main meals are served buffet style in restaurant Castello /when there are more than 30 guests/
Three times per week Thematic evenings /Mediterranean, Bulgarian, Italian, etc./
Drinks during the meals:

Sport, entertainments and extra services included into the Plus Program
Five outdoor pools and five children pools with sets /sunbed and parasols around the pools/ as well one heated pool with minimum 25°, gym. Day time sports animation and games.
The beach & sports activities included in the price are offered in the area from block G to block E – sports ground, beach volleyball, beach football, petanque, street chess, billiard, foosball, Aerobics. Water gymnastics in the zone of block C.
Additional animation services may be provided against charge.
Children’s Animation
Animation program for children between 4 and 12 years old 6 days a week – from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 18:00 within the period of 04.06.2025 incl. – 06.09.2025 incl. Unaccompanied children under 4 years old are not allowed. Baby chairs in all restaurants. Mini Disco – 30 min. /six days weekly at 20.00/

Reservations made via e-mail or telephone:
The reservation shall include the following information: Name of the guest, period of stay, number, and type of apartment, meal supplement, number of adults and children (up to 11.99 y.o.), phone number, e-mail. The booking will be confirmed within 24 hours after receiving the request with its reservation number. 50% of the amount is due within 7 (seven) calendar days after the reservation has been confirmed. The rest of the amount up to 100% of the stay is paid directly at the Reception upon check-in. The reservation number has to be included as the reference for the bank transfer. Free cancellation in case it is made up to 7 (seven) days prior arrival; In case of cancellation later than 7 (seven) days prior arrival or in case of no show or – 2 (two) days penalty of the reservation amount is required and will be applied. Reimbursing of up to 30 (thirty) calendar days after the receiving of cancellation notice from the customer in writing.
