GENERAL CONDITIONS
These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between OBZOR BEACH RESORT WACATION LTD in relation to the services provided by Obzor Beach Resort and the customers of the hotel.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
1.1. You may make a reservation at Obzor Beach Resort by one of the following methods:
Through the official website www.obzorbeachresort.com, via the integrated booking module;
Through the booking.com website;
At the hotel.
1.2. When you have requested and paid for a reservation through the booking module, you will receive a confirmation e-mail at the address you have provided, with a description of the type and number of rooms reserved, the date and time of check-in and check-out, the number of adults and children, and other information specified in the reservation request.
1.3. By requesting and confirming a reservation at Obzor Beach Resort, the customer enters into a contractual relationship with OBZOR BEACH RESORT LTD and accepts these terms and conditions.
1.4. All bookings and accommodations at Obzor Beach Resort shall be made in accordance with the terms of the requested and confirmed booking request, which terms shall form part of the contract between the parties.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
2.1. Cancellation of a reservation can be made in one of the following ways:
By sending an email to the Reservations Department at reservations@obrv.eu; by calling

2.2. Cancellation of a reservation is made under the terms of the type of tariff under which the reservation was made and for which you have received confirmation. In your confirmation letter you will receive information on the exact date and time for free cancellation.
2.3. In the event of cancellation of a confirmed booking (not applicable to package and holiday offers) within a shorter period than that mentioned in the terms of the tariff you have received, or in the event of no-show on the day of check-in, you will forfeit the amount paid.
2.4. In the event of cancellation of a confirmed holiday and package booking within ten (10) days prior to the check-in date, the amount paid in advance for your booking will be refunded and the booking will be deemed cancelled. In the event of cancellation within a shorter period or in the event of no-show on the day of check-in, you will forfeit the amount paid.
2.5. Individual contracts will be drawn up for weddings and conferences.
2.6. In the event that payment is made by bank card and the type of booking is refundable, refunds will be made by ordering a chargeback on the card used to make the payment within 10 working days – All transfer costs will be deducted from the amount paid.
2.7. In the event that you have waived the right to cancel / non-refundable amount / when making the reservation, you may not make a cancellation. Therefore, the price of a booking without cancellation right is lower.
ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS
3.1. Check-in is subject to the conditions and times stated in the requested and confirmed booking request.
Reservations are held until 24:00 on the day of arrival.
3.2. Room check-out takes place until 12:00. unless another time is agreed between the parties.
In case of late check-out, a late check-out penalty will be charged as follows:
For a stay exceeding the regulated stay in a one-bedroom apartment (12.00 pm – 3.00 pm), the amount of BGN 70 will be charged.
For a stay exceeding the regulated stay in a one-bedroom apartment (12.00 pm – 6.00 pm) the amount of 95 BGN is charged.
For stays exceeding the regulated stay in a one-bedroom apartment (12.00 pm – 9.00 pm), 70% of the reception rate for the respective apartment is charged.
For stays exceeding the regulated stay in a two-bedroom apartment (12.00 pm-3.00 pm) the amount of 95 BGN is charged.
For stays exceeding the regulated stay in a two-bedroom apartment (12.00-18.00) the amount of 105 BGN is charged.
For stays exceeding the regulated stay in a two-bedroom apartment (12.00 pm – 9.00 pm), 70% of the price-reception for the respective apartment is charged.
For stays exceeding the regulated stay in a three-bedroom apartment (12.00 pm-3.00 pm) the amount of 105 BGN is charged.
For stays exceeding the regulated stay in a three-bedroom apartment (12.00 pm – 6.00 pm) the amount of 130 BGN is charged.
For stays exceeding the regulated stay in a three-bedroom apartment (12.00 pm – 9.00 pm), 70% of the price-reception for the respective apartment is charged.
3.3. Children under 8 years stay free of charge.
3.4. Pets are not allowed.
3.5. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of Obzor Beach Resort.
3.6. Check-in to the hotel is by presenting identification documents of the clients. The data provided by the customer is protected, in accordance with the PDPA and Regulation (EU) 2016/679, and is only processed in relation to the purpose of this contract.
ACCOMMODATION PRICES
4.1. The prices for accommodation at Obzor Beach Resort are set out on the website https://obzorbeachresort.org/bg/prices/.
4.2 The prices on the hotel’s website – https://obzorbeachresort.org/bg/prices/, as well as in e-mail correspondence, are in Bulgarian leva, including VAT and tourist tax.
PAYMENT METHODS
5.1. In cash, when making a reservation at the hotel.
5.2. By debit or credit card.
5.3 By bank card through the VPO
5.4. By bank transfer
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES.
6.1. Obzor Beach Resort undertakes to provide the guests of the hotel with the services requested and paid for in full.
6.2. Obzor Beach Resort undertakes not to change the price of the services paid for in case of confirmed and paid reservations.
6.3. The cost of additional services may be included in the price of the reservation or paid additionally.
6.4. Amounts for services requested but not used in full or in part due to the fault of the hotel guests will not be refunded.
6.5. Obzor Beach Resort provides guests with daily room service from 10:00 – 14:00. The same is optional, i.e. if the guest does not wish to use the service, he/she can put an information sign on the door “Do not disturb”.
6.6 Guests are obliged to observe generally accepted standards of good behaviour during their stay at the hotel and to maintain and preserve public order. Hotel guests are responsible for any damage caused as a result of damaged and/or missing property on the furnishings or equipment in the hotel-owned premises they use, caused during their stay. All costs of material damage caused to the hotel shall be paid by the persons causing the damage at market rates, upon presentation of an invoice.
6.7. In case of lost/lost items found by the guests, they should contact Obzor Beach Resort by e-mail within a short period of time and inform the staff of the loss, with a description of each item: type, make, size, colour and other identifying features, as well as a description of any relevant facts and circumstances. The hotel staff will assist guests in the event of forgotten items at Obzor Beach Resort Hotel.
6.8. The hotel is not responsible for lost, forgotten or stolen items from the rooms, restaurants or pool, or for damage caused by third parties.
6.9. The hotel is not liable for any damage caused to guests by the actions of third parties.
6.10. Guests are obliged not to leave their children unattended on the hotel premises. The hotel is not responsible for persons under the age of 18 left unattended.
ADVERTISING
All claims relating to the quality of services paid for must be made at the hotel with a detailed written description of the discrepancy between the services agreed and the services provided and, if available, proof must be provided. The services complained of must be paid for before leaving the hotel and restaurant. The manager of Obzor Beach Resort Hotel shall appoint an inspection of the claim received and shall reply to the guest within seven days (by e-mail) whether he/she accepts the claim and/or to what extent, as from the receipt of the claim. In the event that all or part of the claim is accepted, the guest shall be credited the amount not due, as determined by the manager, to the guest’s bank account.
